Several people were hurt by the way we charged every rack to come in the door. That is not going to happen this year, the contest is and will remain optional. We want to make it up to anyone that was hurt last year. Bring your 2009 MDC Scoresheet or your registration in and get in FREE. Again I appologize and were looking forward to seeing you in 2010!" MDC Chairman Ron Roper 1) There will 2 Classes in this Contest, Current & Historical Definition of Current- Deer Harvested in last 5 years Definition of Historical- Deer Harvested 6 years ago or more 2) There will be 8 Awarded Divisions in the contest. Current Historical Archery Archery Typical Typical Non-Typical Non-Typical Rifle Rifle Typical Typical Non-Typical Non-Typical 3) There will be a $10.00 Entry fee per rack entered in contest. 4) All Entries must have been taken in the State ofMissouri. 5) To be eligible for entry your rack must be measured by an official measurer of one of the following; Archery Big Bucks of Missouri, Boone and Crockett Club, Pope and Young Club, Missouri Show-Me Big Bucks, Long Hunters Society. If scored prior to the MDC an official score sheet (in its entirety) must accompany each entry. If no such sheet is provided it must be measured by a MDC measurer. 6) If any official of the MDC believes that a score sheet is fraudulent the rack must be re-measured to verify the score. If the rack is confirmed to be fraudulent it will be disqualified. 7) Plaques will be awarded to the two highest scoring racks in each division. 8) Entries must remain on display until 3:00 p.m. on Sunday March 7, 2010. If a rack is removed before that time it will be disqualified. People that will be leaving their racks overnight on Saturday will be given a free pass for Sunday so that they may return to claim their award and rack. 9) The winners of the contest agree that the MDC will be allowed to take and use photos of them and/or their winning entry.
