World Class Entertainment
The names you know and love. We are proud to host many of the outdoor industries finest speakers and television personalities presenting seminars on a wide variety of hunting and outdoor topics. There is one main seminar area that will be dedicated to non-stop, continuous programs by leading outdoor speakers! Back by popular deman we will again be spotlighting Jeff Watson and Brody the Grizzly Bear. Also a return speaker Jim Wilson owner of Ozark Mountain Outfitter. Another popular request is the return of the Outdoors Iron man TW Norman who will be giving a strong man demonstration. Also a seminar to help people get started in Bowfishing with the Crew from the Bowfisher Magazine. Seminars and shows are all Free with your Deer Classic admission. Missouri Deer Classic Big Buck Contest
This is the contest all Missouri Hunters are striving to win, with over 400 entrants in 2009! Many different categories to compete in including Firearm, Bow, Muzzleloader, Historial, Youth and Ladies categories, all broken into Typical and Non-Typical divisions! If you took a trophy whitetail in the past two years, we certainly encourage you to enter! There is a historical division for bucks taken before 2007. Your $10 Big Buck Contest entry fee includes official Boone & Crockett or Pope & Young measuring of your trophy!
Missouri Monster Shed Contest
Hundreds of monster sheds from all across whitetail country will be display for the weekend in this great contest sponsored by Archery Big Bucks of Missouri and Missouri Show Me Big bucks! Whitetail sheds can be brought in and entered into our contest for awards and prizes creating a spectacular display showcasing the great finds of shed hunters; a fitting display for a pastime which is so quickly growing in popularity.

Virtual Hunting
Come on in and check out a hunting experience like no other. Virtual hunts will be located up stairs above the consession stand. They will be offering a virtual experience of a hunt of a life time and would love to take you through it.

Miss Missouri 2010 Erika Hebron
Erika Hebron, Miss Gateway St. Louis, was crowned Miss Missouri 2010 Saturday at the Missouri Military Academy in Mexico. The 23 -year-old's talent presentation was a lyrical dance. She will receive a $10,000 scholarship, and will represent Missouri at the Miss America Pageant in January. Miss Missouri 2010 Erika Hebron will be signing autographs in the Missouri Trappers Association booth on Saturday.
Door Prizes! Door Prizes! Door Prizes! -- When you purchase your admission ticket you will be given a small door prize slip. Be sure to complete your name, address, and phone number and toss it into the raffle drum at the entryway to the show. We give out hundreds of dollars in merchandise drawings throughout the weekend! Also keep your eyes peeled for other drawings throughout the show.

KIDS ACTIVITIES
Shooting Activities--4H shooting sports will be conducting archery shoots and air rifle shoots all day Saturday and Sunday for the youngsters in the arena. As always we will still be doing the cyber shoots upstairs above the show office.
Bowfishing Tank--The BowFisher Magazine will be having a Bowfishing Tank to try out your shot a submerged targets. If you have ever wanted to try out your luck at shooting at fish in water. Come on down and try it out in the arena at the Bowfisher Magazine booth.

Trout Pond--Ladies and gentlemen boys and girls the MDC is offering for the first time ever a INDOOR TROUT POND. A local Chapter of B.A.S.S. will be operating a large trout pond for the kids to get a chance to catch a live trout.
Moon Walk—Don’t worry moms we’ve got something for the toddlers to. The moon walk will be conveniently located directly beside the rock wall in the arena. There will be a $3.00 charge for the moon walk, however the little guys can jump until they cannot jump anymore. There is no time limit on it.
